i tried to take ownership on the three dll files but i cant. i am sure i am logged in as an admin but it doesnt allow me to do so.

can anyone help me out on this? thanks in advance!

I have a question.. everytime I go to Vista> SP0>6.0.6000.16386_XX.rar.. it doesnt open or save with WinRar.. it just opens to this..

after i put it in how do i change the theme every time i do i dont see the new theme ANY where? where do i go and what do i do? i have vista glazz.
