Unhappy How to
How do i use the .vs file in XP? i mean, when i open it, my display properties window opens up, with the appearance tab selected. if i put it in C:\windows\resources\themes.. it doesnt show up........... whats up with it?

Is your system patched to use custom themes? If not, download uxtheme patcher to auto patch it.

i just patched the file as given in the readme text. what now? i dont notice any change....
