how to install vista themes?

Please can any tellme how to install the vista themes?
because I dowload on the vista themes section a theme called "Aerox 1.0" when I open the zip file came 6 files inside.
where can I put this files or this folder to install this theme?
I have ( of course ) windows vista home premium.

Hello all. I love the vista themes I find online. However, I download them, I use the patch program suggested, but I don't know exactly which folder to put in my themes folder. I have tried it several different ways and the themes look nothing like the pics. I am running Vista Home Premium. Please help if you can.
