Getting Cursors to work!

I can't get these cursors to work on my Windows Vista Home Premium.

I am trying to use Black Style and MTech.

I go to Start>Control Panel>Cursors>Pointers>Browse>[My Name]>Downloads> and double click on the file. But it will not process. I need to open it to all formats instead of just CUR. or the other one.

How can I get them to work?

CUR is the windows cursor format, so it won't open any other files as cursors. You should try converting your image file to cursor format
