Default Will there be a work around for Vista SP1

First post Howdy Ya'll : )

First let me thank those, that create the beautiful desk top themes. I enjoy them so much. I'm a long time standing member at GFXArtist.com. So I have a small understanding of what goes into one of those outstanding art works

I'm using Aero. and all of my window borders are opaque. I have tried several times to patch Vista64 in vain. Only to have to restore. I did have Vista Glazz installed when I D/L'd SP1. I can take the themes desktop and drop it in the 32 resource's file. I can force it to work like that. It doesn't appear to have the same glossy effect (glass like)

I'm not willing to give up SP1. I'm an advanced computer builder. As I have SLI enabled (two video cards scaling) so I'm kind'a stuck with it. It appears to be only one .dll file gumming up the works, UXthemes
Thanks again

That does not work. I have the correct ver # for my abstraction layer. All it does is crash. Then I have to restore.
Any ideas?

Were you able to use themes before SP1 upgrade?

I think you'll have to wait till the patches are fully compatible with the new SP1.

Did you try the new Vista Glazz? I think it works on SP1 now.
