Tutorial: How to install and use iTunes skins

I downloaded and installed the pack mentioned above, however when I start iTunes, "I recieve this message, 'The file "iTunes Library.itl' cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes"

Can anyone help? I want the skins badly, but I don't want to lose my 4000 or so songs.

EDIT: Sorry for the revival of such an old topic... Just saw the dates, and I really want this done.

ANOTHER EDIT: It would be accepted to just bypass this error, and I can import my music later.

Sorry B10, but MultiPlugin does not work with newer versions of iTunes.
