Default Tuquoise Theme

Vista Theme -Turquoise VS

I would like to install that theme, but truth be told, I'm a first timer at this. I have a basic concept about computers so I should follow the steps successfully. I tried the stickied guide, but some few things got me puzzled right there.

Anyways, I downloaded all of the theme from the deviant art website, and I'm facing 4 folders. 3 of them contain pictures and an ini file, so they can be skipped, and one of them contains two more folders, and an msstyles file, which are these:

en-US (folder)
Shell (flder)
TurquoiseVS.msstyles

Now, if I double click the latter, appearance comes up, and nothing really happens, the theme is not previewable, and clicking apply does nothing special (darkens a bit, but I'm with my old Windows Aero theme)...

In en-US there is TurquoiseVS.msstyles.mui, a file I have no idea what to do with.

Shell has 3 more folders, in each folder there is at least a shellstyle.dll, so now I'm fricking confused. If you could download the file from here and tell me which I should overwrite, if any to system32, and what to do step by step I'd be greatly thankful.

Thanks from beforehand
